Drink Responsibly

With New Year’s Eve fast approaching, let’s all remember to drink responsibly.

#DYK the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction has newly proposed guidelines for alcohol consumption

Canadians should stick to a maximum of two drinks per week to reduce their risk of negative health consequences.

Tips to reduce your drinking:

🍻 stick to the limits you’ve set for yourself

🍷 choose drinks with a lower percentage of alcohol

🍸 drink slowly in small sips and always have a pitcher of water on hand

🥤 for every drink of alcohol, have one non-alcoholic drink

🍹 try some alcohol-free cocktail recipes

Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about your alcohol consumption.
