Chronic Care Management

Our physicians work closely with many types of health care providers to improve your quality of life. PCN registered nurses are available to help with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD management, cholesterol. A referral is not needed to make an appointment with a member of the Primary Care Network. Learn more about the PCN and what they can do for you here

Yes. Several of our family physicians are accepting new patients. Please call for more information.
The wait time for an appointment will vary depending on your doctor. Please call and speak to your doctor's medical assistant for specific appointment times. Our walk in clinic is open from noon to 5:00 Monday to Friday. Our physicians are also on call at the Drumheller Health Center Emergency room for after hours urgent care.
There are many factors involved in producing copies of medical files. Due to extremely strict privacy regulations on personal health information, the process of copying records has many checks and balances. We process records requests in the order they are received and unfortunately there has been an extremely large number of requests. We appreciate your patience as we work through the volume.
