Your Privacy

We are very committed to ensuring that your medical information is kept confidential.

Your personal files are only processed and accessible to the Drumheller Associated Physicians and Staff. The chart belongs to the Medical Clinic, but the information is yours.  Requests for copies of your records or transfers to another clinic require the appropriate paperwork to be completed.  Please see the clinic forms office to assist with this process.

If you want a member of your family to make or cancel your appointments, or to receive results on your behalf, please let the office staff know and you can complete a release of information form.

No third party can access your files unless you have provided us with written consent to share your information with them (ie. insurance companies).
